Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced recruiter with a proven track record in search or senior-level recruitment
- Background in the flavour, fragrance, or ingredients markets (animal nutrition, fragrance & personal care, pharmaceutical ingredient experience of particular interest)
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships
- Collaborative mindset – someone who values quality, integrity, and genuine partnerships
