About the Role
Paragon Talent has been exclusively retained by a global leader in fruit-based ingredients to support the European launch of a premium beverage brand.
This is a unique opportunity to take commercial ownership of a category-leading concept and drive its growth across Europe and selected global markets.
The Role:
As Key Account Manager EMEA, you’ll be at the forefront of building this premium brand into a recognised player across QSR, FSR, coffee chains, and the HORECA sector. You’ll combine key account management with entrepreneurial business development, executing a push & pull strategy alongside distribution partners while coordinating brand rollout across the region.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading sales development across QSR, FSR, and coffee shop chains.
- Building and growing strategic accounts with long-term partnerships.
- Negotiating commercial agreements, pricing, and promotions.
- Translating brand positioning into customer solutions, concepts, and activations.
- Developing distributor relationships and driving brand visibility in portfolios.
- Coordinating regional rollout and ensuring consistent brand execution across markets.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record with QSR, coffee chains, or distributors.
- Experience with syrups, toppings, or beverage brands (preferred).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English; other European languages (German, French, Spanish, Polish) a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Europe (~30%).
