About Profile
A highly experienced Sales and Key Account Management leader with over 15 years’ experience driving business growth across flavours, extracts, sweeteners, beverage solutions, plant-based proteins, starches, and other food ingredients. She has a proven track record managing strategic European accounts, leading teams, and delivering revenue growth across multiple categories including beverages, bakery, confectionery, dairy, and savoury.
Currently based in Milan, Italy, she is immediately available and seeking a Sales or Key Account Management role, with openness to leading a small team. She is multilingual, fluent in Italian, English, and German, and experienced in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with R&D, marketing, and operations to drive innovation and customer success.
Key Highlights:
- Responsible for €25M in annual revenue and managing a team of 4 KAMs across Europe.
- Accountable for multi-million euro strategic European accounts, including Nestlé, Ferrero, Barilla, Mars Wrigley, Lactalis, Perfetti, and other major clients.
- Extensive experience in business development, portfolio management, and strategic account planning, with strong stakeholder management at senior client levels.
- Skilled in cross-category growth, innovation project delivery, and customer engagement, including transferring global recipes and special projects into European markets.
- Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams, coaching direct reports to exceed targets and improve customer experience.
- Experienced in coordinating with R&D, marketing, and technical teams to drive product development and innovation milestones.
- Multilingual: Italian, English, German, enabling effective collaboration across diverse European markets
