A highly experienced sales and business development professional with 30+ years’ experience across flavours, food ingredients, and nutritional ingredients, with a proven track record of building territories, winning new business, and delivering long-term sales growth across the West Coast US and Western Canada.

With a technical degree in Microbiology and an MBA, he combines strong commercial instinct with technical credibility, enabling him to build trust quickly across R&D, purchasing, and commercial stakeholders. His background spans flavour houses, ingredient suppliers, and entrepreneurial ventures, with particular strength in developing business from a small base into multi-million-dollar territories.

Most recently, he spent eight years building Sapphire Flavors’ West Coast business, growing the territory from a standing start into a $6.5M+ region, with more than 95% of leads self-generated.
