About the Role
Paragon Talent has been exclusively retained by a global market leader in fruit-based ingredients to support the launch of a premium beverage brand across Europe.
Our client is a multi-billion-dollar food ingredient powerhouse with a long-standing reputation for quality, innovation, and customer partnership. Following the successful global rollout of one of its premium beverage brands, they are looking for a driven Sales and Business Development Manager with strong knowledge of the B2B Foodservice Distribution channel.
You will play a pivotal role in launching a category-leading brand into coffee shops, QSR chains, and foodservice distribution networks. With ambitious yet realist growth expectations in the next 3 years, this is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales professional with deep distribution experience and a hands-on approach to building market presence from the ground up.
If your successful, this role is without going to develop, as will the team around it and as such there is a possible path to leading the Foodservice Sales team across Europe in the future.
The role:
As Distribution Sales Manager – Foodservice Europe, you’ll focus 70% on distributor-led sales and 30% on key B2B relationships, supporting the growth strategy across major markets like Poland, Germany, and the UK.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and activating distributor partnerships across Europe.
- Building strong commercial relationships with QSRs, coffee chains, and foodservice operators.
- Onboarding and motivating distributor sales teams to become product champions.
- Creating and executing market penetration strategies aligned to revenue targets.
- Delivering regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer insights to support internal growth and innovation planning.
- Helping define sales processes and go-to-market playbooks for scalable, repeatable growth.
Within 12 Months you will:
- Launch and grow distributor networks in several key markets
- Drive significant revenue growth through new foodservice accounts
- Contribute directly to product strategy based on market feedback
What we’re looking for:
- Strong track record selling through distributors into foodservice channels
- Extensive network in beverage and foodservice distribution (ideally Germany/Poland)
- B2B sales experience with QSR or coffee chains (e.g. Starbucks, KFC, Costa)
- Ability to build from scratch and implement effective commercial processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset; independent and outcome-driven
- Fluent English (essential); Polish, German, Spanish or French a plus
- Willingness to travel across Europe (~30%)
