At the end of January, Paragon Talent officially launched. After more than a decade immersed in executive search, I set out with a focused mission: to deliver best-in-class talent solutions to the Flavour, Fragrance, and Ingredient industries—built on deep sector expertise, a trusted network, and a transparent, modern approach to hiring.

Fast forward five months, and the momentum has been both energising and humbling. With 9 projects launched, 7 successfully closed, and 2 still active, we’re proud of this strong start and even more excited about what lies ahead.

Both searches are active, with interviews well underway.

Connecting with old friends and new contacts has been one of the most rewarding aspects of this journey. Our time at Vitafoods was a fantastic reminder of how vibrant and collaborative this industry is. The key takeaway? Talent is top of mind—especially for businesses scaling commercial teams across Europe.

Next up: IFT First in Chicago. It’s been two years since my last visit, and I can’t wait to reconnect with so many in my network—some of whom I’ve placed but never met in person!
