At the end of January, Paragon Talent officially launched. After more than a decade immersed in the world of executive search, I set out with a focused mission: to deliver best-in-class talent solutions to the Flavour, Fragrance & Ingredient industries—built on deep sector expertise, a trusted network, and a transparent, modern approach to hiring.
Fast forward five months, and the momentum has been both energising and humbling. With 9 projects, 7 successfully closed and 2 still active, we’re proud of this strong start and even more excited about what lies ahead.

Sales Manager B2C – UK & Ireland | A rare chance to shape a premium snacking platform from the ground up, working with major grocery retailers.
Both searches are active, with interviews well underway.
🌍 On the Road: Industry Events & Conversations
Connecting with old friends and new contacts has been one of the most rewarding aspects of this journey. Our time at Vitafoods was a fantastic reminder of how vibrant and collaborative this industry is. The key takeaway? Talent is top of mind—especially for businesses scaling commercial teams across Europe.
Next up: IFT First in Chicago. It’s been two years since my last visit, and I can’t wait to reconnect with so many in my network—some of whom I’ve placed but never met in person!
