With over 20 years&rsquo; experience, he has built a strong track record of connecting manufacturing businesses with high-calibre talent, predominantly across the UK and increasingly throughout Europe and the US.Before joining Paragon Talent, James spent 15 years within the Staffline Group, working in a specialist division delivering permanent and contract recruitment solutions for mid-to-senior level roles. His focus spanned Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical and Supply Chain functions, during which time he successfully built and led teams, managed divisions, and developed long-standing client relationships.Earlier in his career, James worked in retail banking with Yorkshire Bank before joining HSBC via their graduate scheme.
