With over a decade of experience in global executive search, he has built a strong reputation for connecting businesses with high-calibre talent across the UK, Europe and the US.Prior to founding Paragon Talent, Jamie was Managing Partner at GrassGreener Group, where he led the Ingredients division. In this role, he successfully delivered senior commercial, technical and leadership appointments for clients operating within the flavour and fragrance sectors.
