About the Role
Paragon Talent has been retained by a European-headquartered flavour and ingredients business to appoint a Chief Commercial Officer.
This is a senior global commercial leadership position, reporting directly to the CEO, with responsibility for the commercial organisation across Europe, North America, MEA and Asia.
The business has grown significantly in recent years and is entering its next stage of development. The CCO will play a central role in driving further international growth, strengthening the commercial structure and developing the team as the organisation continues to scale.
The Role
The successful individual will take responsibility for the global commercial function, including regional leadership, key account strategy, pricing, pipeline management and commercial performance.
This is not purely a management position. The business is looking for someone who can lead and develop a commercial organisation, but who is equally comfortable remaining close to customers and personally driving new business.
